Terms and Conditions of the Sports section

Introduction

The purpose of the MONRO Sportsbook platform is to accept bets on forecasts for the possible variations (hereinafter, the Outcome) of games, sporting and socially significant events, with winnings dependent on the partial or total correspondence of the forecast with the outcome. The MONRO Sportsbook platform accepts bets on certain events taking place in the world according to a previously announced programme.

The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MONRO Sportsbook platform. By placing a bet on the platform, the account holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and are bound by these terms and conditions, including the general Terms and Conditions applicable to the platform, at all times and without exception.
All disputes that are in any way connected with the use of the platform must be submitted by email to [email protected]. The decision of arbitrators shall be binding, and may be applied by any court of competent jurisdiction.
The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to make amendments to Website content, betting limits, withdrawal limits, and offers.
The MONRO Sportsbook platform may update, alter, edit, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior written notification. All amendments and additions to the terms and conditions will be published on the Website in the Sportsbook Terms and Conditions section.
In the event of any conflict between the English text version of these Rules and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Any reference herein to words/objects in the singular shall also apply to their plural. References to gender are non-binding and used only for informational purposes.

Definitions and terminology

The terms herein have the following meanings:

MONRO Sportsbook platform – a legal entity that accepts bets in accordance with the licensing and legislative requirements of the country.
Client – a natural person who has agreed with the Rules for acceptance of bets and is registered on the monro.casino Website (and/or other subdomain versions of the Website).
Line (programme) – a list of events and their outcomes with the odds for winning offered by MONRO Sportsbook platform on bets.
Stake – the sum of money that the Client chooses to bet on their forecast for the outcome of any event or group of events in the Line, and in the case of losing forfeits the right to claim back (they lose the sum).
Bet – a risk-based agreement with regard to monetary benefit concluded between the Client and the MONRO Sportsbook platform, the outcome of which depends on an event that may or may not occur.
Outcome – the result of a possible variation of a game, sporting or socially significant (or any other) event for which the MONRO Sportsbook platform offers odds.
Odds – the number by which the bettor’s stake is multiplied when determining the sum to be paid out. Odds may change after each bet, but only on the condition that bets made previously remain in effect and are not revised.
Winnings – the money to be paid to the Client if the outcome on which they bet occurs.
Ticket (betslip) – the official record of the placement of bets on electronic equipment (the server).

Procedure for accepting bets

Whether an accepted bet proves winning or non-winning will depend on the recorded occurrence of an event or group of events, taking into account the outcome (result) of the event. The outcome (result) of an event will be defined according to information provided by the official organiser and/or organisers of the event.

If the result of an event that has already occurred is later for any reason annulled, this circumstance will not be taken into account, and bets will be honoured in accordance with the first (actual) result, except in cases where the original published results of an event are changed within 24 hours of their initial publication.

The first (actual) result shall be considered the result which was announced by the organiser and/or organisers of the event immediately after its conclusion. If the official organiser and/or organisers of an event do not announce the result of the event (events) within 72 hours, the platform may use other sources of information, and shall inform the participants in the game of the source of this information and the result.

If the websites www.fifa.com and www.uefa.com display contradictory information, then the PDF format will be taken as the source. Should there be no information about the outcomes of events from the sources indicated, details of these outcomes shall be provided by the organiser, who will indicate the source of information.

Rules for accepting bets

Bets are only accepted from persons that agree to the rules established by the MONRO Sportsbook platform. The placing of any bet shall be considered unconditional acknowledgement that the client knows these rules and fully accepts them.
Bets are accepted before the actual start of the event, except in the case of live bets. Bets made after the actual start of an event, whatever the reason, are declared void and shall be refunded. They are also excluded from accumulators (paid out at 1 (one)). An exception is made for bets on events during a match (live bets).
Live bets are bets that are accepted during an event at the MONRO Sportsbook platform’s discretion. In this instance, bets can only be accepted until the outcome of the specific event is determined. Bets placed after the outcome of the event is determined will be declared void. The information provided by the platform while live bets are being accepted (the match score, time played, etc.) is for information purposes only and cannot serve as the basis for settling bets or for claims on the MONRO Sportsbook platform.
The MONRO Sportsbook platform retains the right to refund any bet placed at any time before the actual start of the event. In that case, the bet or bets placed shall be declared void, and the MONRO Sportsbook platform will make this known through corresponding changes in the Line or via other information sources.

Persons that are participating in or have a direct connection to an event are forbidden from placing bets on it.
It is forbidden to use automatic systems (any kinds of scanners or robots) on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel bets made using automatic systems and to take other measures against the holders of such accounts.
In all cases when a bet is declared void, it shall be refunded. If the bet is part of an accumulator or system, then it should be paid out at 1 (one), i.e. it will not influence the results of the other events included in the accumulator or system.
The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel or reduce any bet.
All bets are accepted on the basis of events in the proposed Line of odds determined by the MONRO Sportsbook platform. Each event in the programme is marked with an individual number, and the latest date and time for acceptance of bets on the event in question is also indicated. The date and time of the event indicated in the Line are for information purposes only. An incorrectly indicated date is not grounds for cancelling a bet. Should an event take place earlier or later than the originally announced date, the result will not be considered void. In that case, bets shall be considered valid if they are placed before the actual start of the event in question. Bets placed after the actual start of an event shall be considered void (with the exception of live bets). For the calculation of bets, the time of the actual start of the event as defined on the basis of information issued by the official organiser or organisers of the event is used.
If an event that has still not started is postponed for no more than 24 hours, bets remain valid, while if the postponement is for more than 24 hours, bets shall be refunded unless otherwise stipulated herein. If, within 24 hours, it becomes apparent that the event will be postponed for more than 24 hours, the final decision as to whether bets will remain valid or be refunded will be taken by the MONRO Sportsbook platform. If NBA, NHL, NFL and MLB matches do not take place on the appointed day, then stakes will be refunded immediately on the following day, except in cases when the date was incorrectly indicated.
An event that has already begun may be interrupted – and therefore be incomplete – for any reason. An event is considered to have taken place if it is interrupted, not completed within 24 hours, and if at least a specified amount of time has been played (NBA – 40 mins, European basketball – 35 mins, American football – 50 mins). In such cases, the outcome (the actual result) of the event is the result at the time when the event is interrupted (with the exception of tennis). In all other cases, the event will be considered as not having taken place, including in cases where the scores are tied when the match is stopped in those types of sport where a draw is not possible (basketball, baseball, American football, NHL playoffs, etc.), and all bets (including online bets) will be refunded.

If an event is interrupted and considered as not having taken place, the outcomes that have been definitively determined before the interruption of the event and do not depend on the final result of the event (for example, one team will not score a goal, which team scores the first goal, the half-time score, etc.) will be taken as the basis for calculating corresponding bets (including online bets).
When calculating bets that were placed on the statistics for one playing day or round, if one or more matches in the round are deemed not to have taken place, then bets on tour statistics will be calculated at odds of 1 (one), with the exception of bets for which the result is definitively determined independently of whether the matches were completed or not.
Bets (including live bets) will be deemed void and refunded irrespective of their winning or losing in cases where they contain mistakes caused either by human error or software malfunctions (including obvious misprints in the Line, inconsistencies in odds for different positions, intentionally erroneous odds that do not correspond with the displayed outcomes, etc.).
If a technical error occurs that can in no way affect the result of an event, then such bets will be calculated at the original odds.
The MONRO Sportsbook platform shall not be liable for the perfectly accurate translation of the names of players, teams, and towns where events take place. In such cases, bets shall be considered as valid.
In the case of discovery of fraudulent activities, falsifications in the placement of bets, and also detection by MONRO Sportsbook employees of illegal financial transactions, winnings will not be paid out and the violators will be blocked from accessing the Website. The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to refuse to return any funds currently on the balance of a user account.
If there are obvious signs of unsporting behaviour or other violations of these rules, the MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to declare a bet void.
In cases where suspicions of the unsporting character of matches are raised by international organizations (EWS-FIFA, Federbet and Tennis Integrity Unit, etc.), the MONRO Sportsbook platform has the right to block the account of a client who has placed a suspicious bet until such organizations have reached their conclusions, and to declare bets void if such organizations establish unsporting behaviour. In such cases, bets shall be calculated at odds of 1 (one). The MONRO Sportsbook platform is not obliged to provide clients with proof of the unsporting character of an event.
Users are solely responsible for transactions on their account. When placing bets, you should only confirm them after checking for mistakes. Once a bet has been placed, it will not be possible to cancel it. The MONRO Sportsbook platform shall not be liable for a client’s missing or duplicated bets, and will not process requests to amend a bet because it is missing or duplicated. Clients can see their transactions in the Betting History section of the Website after each session in order to confirm that all bets placed have been accepted.
The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to refuse to accept bets or to declare already placed bets as void if they are placed from different user accounts but from one and the same IP address. In such cases, bets shall be calculated at odds of 1 (one).
It is forbidden to use somebody else’s account or to register an account in somebody else’s name. The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel bets made by persons who are not account holders.
Cashout is a function that allows the Client to close their bet for a sum offered by the MONRO Sportsbook platform, and to forego any potential losses or winnings that would accrue when the outcome of the event became known.

The MONRO Sportsbook platform may offer a sum that is lower than, higher than, or equal to the potential winnings. The MONRO Sportsbook platform may also not make such an offer.

If the Client agrees to the sum offered, they must confirm their wish by clicking on the corresponding button. They will receive the sum offered by the MONRO Sportsbook platform, and their bet will then be closed. If the Client does not use this function or does not agree to the sum proposed, their bet will be considered valid until the end of the event they have chosen.

The function may be available after the bet is placed and until the event ends, but the sum offered for the bet may change dependent on certain factors (for example: the value of the bet, the odds on the event, the odds on the event established while the function is being used, or any discount determined by the MONRO Sportsbook platform. The latter will be determined at the discretion of the MONRO Sportsbook platform).
The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet on any sport, competition, market or type of bet included in the Cashout function.

The maximum stake shall be determined by the MONRO Sportsbook platform individually for each event and shall depend on the type of sport and event.
The maximum stake value for all sporting events is established by the platform and may be changed without prior written notification. The MONRO Sportsbook platform also reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts.
Simultaneous bets, as well as bets on one and the same outcome from a group of persons (a syndicate of users, etc.) that make it possible to evade maximum stake or payout limits are not permitted. Users are not allowed to place repeat bets on one and the same combination of outcomes if the total potential winnings exceed the maximum limit. The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to declare such bets void and to block such users’ accounts.
The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to suspend such services as Cashout, Edit Bet, Accumulator of the Day, and similar services at any time, without any notification of cause, and in respect to any event.
The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to prevent certain users from participating in sporting tournaments without any notification of cause.
The calculation of bets placed on statistical data is finalised after 24 hours, while other types of bets are calculated after 72 hours. These timeframes allow for claim reviews and inquiry responses. Any claims or inquiries submitted after the applicable timeframe will be considered invalid. In cases of disputes without precedent or coverage under these rules, the final decision rests with MONRO Sportsbook.

Varieties of bet

Single – a one-time bet on the predicted outcome of one event. The winnings for a single bet are calculated as the stake multiplied by the odds established for the relevant outcome.
Accumulator – a combined bet on the simultaneously predicted outcomes of several independent events. The winnings for an accumulator are calculated as the stake multiplied by the odds for the accumulator, which are calculated by multiplying the odds for the outcomes of all events included in the accumulator. An accumulator may comprise any combination of outcomes for unrelated events in any type of sport.

The maximum number of events permitted in an accumulator is 30.
System – a full combination of accumulators of a set size from a previously defined number of events (the maximum number of events in a system is 16).

Types of bets

Bets on the actual outcome of an event (Match):

Match: in this bet it is necessary to guess how the match will end. In the Line, a home win may also be marked as 1, a draw as X and an away win as 2.
Double Chance – a bet on a choice of two possible outcomes of a match:

A win for the first team or a draw (the first team will not lose), marked as 1X.

A win for the first team or the second team (no draw), marked as 12.

A win for the second team or a draw (the second team will not lose), marked as X2.
Handicap:

The result of an event with a handicap is determined by applying the handicap to the actual result of a match. The handicap is determined by MONRO Sportsbook and may be positive, negative or equal to zero. If the result thus determined favours the chosen team (player), then the bet is deemed winning. Otherwise, the bet is deemed losing. If the result after the handicap is applied is a draw, then the winning odds for such a selection are 1 (one) (Refund or Stake Returned).
Total:

It is necessary to predict the total number of goals scored, points won, games played (or any other parameter that may be counted) by the players or teams. In order to win, it is necessary to predict whether a greater or lesser number will be scored/won/played than the total figure in the Line. When determining an individual total, only goals scored in the opposition’s net will be counted. If the result matches the total value offered by the MONRO Sportsbook platform, the winning odds for bets on a greater or lesser value will be 1 (one) (Refund or Stake Returned).
Bets on Asian handicaps or totals:

A bet on a win or a total with a handicap applied that is divisible by 0,25 (but not by 0,5). Such a bet is calculated as two bets with equal parts of the stake on each and identical odds, and also with the nearest values of ordinary handicaps or ordinary totals (whole numbers or divisible by 0,5). In cases where an Asian handicap bet is included in an accumulator or system, then the bet is calculated with the odds for winning that would apply to it as a single bet. If both halves of the bet are winning, the odds for the bet (K) are counted. If one half of the bet wins and the other half is stake returned (SR), then the odds are calculated as (K+1)/2. If one half of the bet loses and the other half is SR, odds of 0,5 are calculated in the accumulator. If both halves of the bet are lost, then the entire bet is considered lost.
Bets on remaining time in a half/period/match: this type of bet involves predicting the outcome of the competition within a specific period of time, which starts from the moment the bet is placed and ends at full time in the match (half, period, etc.), ignoring the current score at the time the bet is placed.
If a match, in accordance with tournament format, ends in a draw or tie, and the Line did not offer this as an outcome, then all bets on a win in the match are due for refund. All other bets will be calculated according to the result obtained.

Rules for different sports

Betting on Football
- Bets on football matches are accepted for results in ordinary time, unless otherwise explicitly indicated in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. Results reached in extra time or via penalties are not counted when calculating bets accepted for the outcome of the match in ordinary time. Extra time awarded by the referee is attributed to the corresponding half or to the match’s ordinary time. The ordinary time of football matches is established as 90 minutes of playing time (in two halves of 45 minutes each). If football matches are to be played in a different format, this will be specially marked in the Line. The format of the game may change during a match. In such cases, all bets will be calculated according to the final result, provided that the MONRO Sportsbook platform has specially marked the match in the Line as subject to changes in the format of the game. If the match is not specially marked this way in the Line, all bets will be calculated at odds of 1 (one), with the exception of bets on outcomes that have already been definitively determined and do not depend on the format of the match.
- Bets on which team will kick off the match.
  
  The basis for calculating bets on the outcome of this event are the TV channels and live streams indicated in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. If the outcome of the aforementioned event is not apparent from the sources indicated, then the basis for calculating bets will be information provided by the websites in the table. If the outcome cannot be ascertained from the aforementioned sources of information, then bets on this outcome will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- Bets on which team’s player will receive the first caution in the match (half), or that both teams will receive the first caution simultaneously.
  
  In cases where, according to the official match records, both teams received a caution in the same minute of the match and in relation to the same game incident, but the MONRO Sportsbook platform Line did not include this possibility as an option, then bets that “The first team will receive the first caution” and that “The second team will receive the first caution” will be calculated at odds of 1 (one).
- Bets on which team will receive (or that neither team will receive) the next caution.
  
  If a player is sent off the pitch for receiving two cautions, when calculating cautions (yellow cards), only the first is counted. The second caution (yellow card) is counted as a red card.
  
  When calculating bets on cautions and dismissals, only cautions and dismissals given to players who are on the pitch during the match and actively participating in play are counted. When calculating bets made on the outcomes of dismissals and cautions, those given to coaches and coaching staff, or players on the bench (players in reserve or players who have participated in the match but have been substituted) are not counted, and nor are cautions and dismissals issued after the final whistle that signals the end of the match.
  
  The time at which a caution or dismissal is issued is considered the moment when the referee shows a yellow or red card.
- Bets that a specific player will score (not score) the first goal of the match.
  
  When calculating such bets, own goals are not counted. If the player indicated does not appear on the pitch for the entire match (does not participate in the game), then bets will be calculated at odds of 1 (one).
- Bets that in the match, there will be:
  
  ●  a brace (exactly two and no more goals scored by one and the same player in the opposition’s goal during one match);
  
  ●  a hat-trick (exactly three and no more goals scored by one and the same player in the opposition’s goal during one match);
  
  ●  a poker (exactly four and no more goals scored by one and the same player in the opposition’s goal during one match);
  
  ●  a penta-trick (exactly five and no more goals scored by one and the same player in opposition’s goal during one match).
  
  These outcomes are calculated as follows: the recording of a penta-trick does not mean the recording of a poker, hat-trick or brace for that player in the match (similarly, the recording of a poker does not mean the recording of a hat-trick or brace, and the recording of a hat-trick does not mean the recording of a brace in the match). If, during the match, one and the same player scores 5 (five) goals in the opposition’s goal, that does not mean that, as a result of those 5 (five) goals, a hat-trick and a brace were also recorded. The calculation of the outcome is based on the final result. If two or more of the outcomes listed above are recorded in the match by different players, then bets on these outcomes are deemed winning.
- Bets on how a certain goal will be scored:
  
  ●  as an own goal (if a player scores a goal in their own team’s goal);
  
  ●  as a header (if a player scores a goal in the other team’s goal with a blow of their head);
  
  ●  from a free kick (if a player scores a goal in the other team’s goal from a free kick without the ball going into play; a goal scored directly from a corner kick also counts as a goal from a free kick);
  
  ●  from a penalty kick (if a player scores a goal directly from a penalty kick; goals scored when the ball has entered play or the penalty kick is deflected are not counted);
  
  ●  from play (if a player scores a goal by kicking the ball or in any other acceptable way, with the exception of headers, and the goal is not scored from a free kick or from a penalty kick, and is not recorded as an own goal).
- Bets that the chosen team will or will not record a comeback win.
  
  A comeback win is a win for the team in the final result of the match after that team has at some point been losing according to the scoreline.
- Bets on the overall total of the numbers on the shirts of players who score a goal – “Total more (less) than proposed total value”.
  
  In bets of this type, the numbers of players who score own goals are not counted. The numbers of players who score more than one goal are counted only once.
- Bets on how many minutes the referee will add at the end of the match (full time).
  
  When calculating bets on these outcomes, the following is considered:
  
  ●  the time shown by the assistant referee on the light board (minutes);
  
  ●  information about extra time (minutes) shown on the TV screen;
  
  ●  information provided by the sites indicated in the table.
  
  The sources used as the basis for calculating the above bets are listed in order of priority. If the outcome of this bet cannot be ascertained from any of the aforementioned sources, then the bet will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
  
  If the extra time (minutes) shown and the actual time played are not the same, then in calculating bets the time shown will be used.
  
  If the information about extra time (minutes) shown on the TV screen or by the assistant referee on the light board is for any reason later changed (increased or reduced), then bets on the outcome of this event will be calculated according to the original information.
- Calculation of bets on the results of football matches (with the exception of the bets “Which team will kick off the match” and “How many minutes the referee will add at the end of the match (full time)”) will be based on the official sites of the leagues indicated in the table.
- A football match (of 90 minutes in length) that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least 70 minutes of play. In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of match stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Ice Hockey
- Bets on the outcomes of ice hockey matches are to be calculated based on full time, with the exception of the outcome “Winner of the match”, bets on which will also be settled on the basis of the result established in extra time (overtime) or shootouts. Results established in overtime or shootouts are not taken into consideration when calculating bets on outcomes offered for full time.
- Bets on who will win the match.
  
  When calculating bets on this outcome, results established in overtime (shootouts) are also counted.
  
  There may be leagues and tournaments where, after a tie is recorded at full time, shootouts begin immediately without any period of overtime. In accordance with the rules of any given league or tournament, overtime may also last until either of the teams scores a goal (sudden death).
  
  It is also possible that, after a tie is recorded at full time, the match is declared a tie. In such cases, if the outcome “Winner of the match” is offered in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform, bets on it will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- Bets on the final score in a match.
  
  The offer is to select the exact score that will be recorded in the final match result from the possible options included in the Line.
- Bets on the points accumulated by a player.
  
  In ice hockey, the points a player accumulates comprise the total goals they score in the match and the number of assists (passes which enable a goal) that they make.
  
  If several players take part in an attack that ends in a goal, all of those players may be awarded points.
  
  The calculation of bets on the points accumulated by players is based on the information posted on the official Website of the league or tournament in question.
- Bets on the number of minor (two-minute) penalties in the match.
  
  When calculating bets on this outcome, it is not the number of minor penalties that are counted, it is their total duration.
  
  For example, five minor penalties were recorded in a match: the first team incurred two minor penalties and the second team incurred three. In that case, when calculating bets on minor penalties, it is deemed that the first team incurred four minutes (2x2) and the second six minutes (2x3).
- Bets on the number of shots on goal in the match.
  
  Calculation of bets on the results of ice hockey matches is based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments indicated in the Table (with the exception of bets on the points accumulated by a player).
- An ice hockey match that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least 50 minutes of play. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place. Bets on the outcome “Winner of the game” for an ice hockey match that is interrupted with a tied score and deemed to have been played will be paid out at odds of 1 (one). In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of stoppage, are already conclusively established and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Basketball
- All bets on basketball are accepted as taking into account additional time (overtime) in a match.
  
  The exceptions are those events for which the outcome “Tie” (X) is offered in the Line. In that case, ordinary time is taken as the basis for calculations.
- Basketball matches may also be played in the 3x3 format. Basketball matches in the 3x3 format last for 10 minutes, or until one of the teams has scored 21 points.
  
  During matches in this format, the organiser will make a special mark in the Line regarding the format of the match. If in a 3x3 match only two players remain in one team (due to the disqualification, injury, or exit from the game of one of the players), then the match is interrupted and considered not to have been played. Outcomes that, at the time of match stoppage, are already conclusively established and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled. All other bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Tennis
- The previously announced format of a tennis match may be changed before the match is played (for example, in a singles match, instead of the deciding third set there may be a super tie break, or a five-set match may be played in three sets). In such cases, bets on outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be settled in accordance with the final result, and all other bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- If, in a tennis match that is under way, one of the players (one of the pairs) is for any reason disqualified, retires, or is unable to continue play and the match is abandoned, then bets on the outcomes of the match are calculated in the following manner:
  
  ● Bets (including bets made on statistical data), the outcomes of which are already definitively determined at the time of stoppage based on the format of the match, will be deemed valid and settled.
  
  ● All other bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- If in a tennis match the deciding set is played as a super tie break, then the handicap and total for that set will be counted in points, and when calculating handicap and game total bets, the super tie break will be counted as one game. In other words, the set will end with a score of 1:0 or 0:1.
  
  A tie break played at the end of a set is also counted as one game. For example, a tie break played in a set with a score of 6:6 is considered the 13th game of that set, and the set will end with a score of 6:7 or 7:6.
  
  If one of the sides withdraws from a match before it has begun, then bets on all outcomes of that match will be paid out at odds of 1 (one). In team tournaments, when the names of the competitors are indicated under the name of their team (country) (for example, Spain – Switzerland), if a player (pair) is substituted (the previously announced player or pair for whom bets were offered is replaced), then bets on all outcomes of that match will remain valid.
- Bets on who will win the next point.
  
  Calculation of bets on the results of tennis matches is based on the official websites of the tours and tournaments indicated in the Table.
- In the event that the type of surface, the venue of the game, or the name of any tournament are indicated incorrectly in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform, bets on the outcome of the match will remain valid.
- If a match is postponed or interrupted, then bets on its outcomes remain valid until the end of the tournament in which it is being held.
Bets on Volleyball
- Handicaps and totals for volleyball matches are stated in points.
- Volleyball matches are played over three to five sets. The match is won by the team that wins three sets, and each set is won by the first team to reach 25 points (15 points in the fifth and final set), with a minimum lead of two points over their opponent. When the score reaches 24:24 (or 14:14 in the fifth and final set), the set (fifth set) is played on until one of the teams achieves a lead of two points over their opponent.
- In play-off rounds when the games are won by different teams but with the same scores (for example, in the first match the first team wins 3:2, and in the return match the second team wins 2:3), then an additional Golden Set will be played (a Golden Set is won by the first team to reach 15 points), and the winner will go through to the next round. Results recorded in the Golden Set will not be counted when calculating bets on the outcomes of the return match.
- Beach volleyball matches are played over two or three sets. The match is won by the team that wins two sets, and each set is won by the first team to reach 21 points (15 points in the third and final set), with a minimum lead of two points over their opponent. When the score reaches 20:20 (or 14:14 in the third and final set), the set (third set) is played on until one of the teams achieves a lead of two points over their opponent.
- In volleyball and beach volleyball matches, there may be changes to the format of the game during the match (for example, a set that was supposed to be played to 25 points will be played to a different number of points). In such cases, the organiser will in advance specially mark the match in the Line as subject to changes in the format of the game.
Bets on Auto Racing
- The pace lap (formation lap) is included in the race score.
- If both drivers retire, then the winner of the pair is the driver who completed the most laps.
- If a driver is classified, that means that they finished the race.
Bets on Baseball
- A baseball match is played over nine innings. When calculating bets on the final result of baseball matches, results achieved in additional innings after the ninth are also taken into account. If the match ends in a tie and no additional innings are played, or if additional innings are played in accordance with tournament rules but the result remains a tie, then bets on Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at odds 1 (one).
- In accordance with the Mercy Rule, a baseball game may end early. In such cases, the match is considered as having been played, with the result established at the time of stoppage, and all bets are calculated according to the result established at the time of stoppage. The Mercy Rule comes into effect when one team achieves a significant lead over their opponent. The size of the lead varies depending on the rules of the leagues and tournaments in different countries.
- If on one day there are two matches featuring one and the same team, and odds were only offered for one match in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform, then it is the result of the first match that will be counted when calculating bets on the outcomes of that match.
- In baseball matches, it is also possible that changes to the format of the match will be made during play (for example, there will be seven innings played rather than nine). In such cases, the MONRO Sportsbook platform will specially mark the match in the Line as subject to changes in the format of the game.
- Calculation of bets on the results of baseball matches is based on the official websites of the leagues indicated in the Table.
- A baseball match that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least five full innings. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place. In the case of a baseball match that is interrupted when the scores are tied and deemed to have been played, bets made on the outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of stoppage, are already conclusively established and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one). Bets on the outcomes of innings not played in a match that is interrupted and deemed to have been played will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Snooker
- In the overall game, the handicap and total designate the number of frames, and in individual frames the number of points. According to the rules of snooker, a stalemate may occur in a frame, in which case the frame is played again at the referee’s discretion. In that case, bets on that frame are calculated at odds of 1 (one).
- Bets on the outcome of the current frame in snooker are settled in accordance with the results recorded in the replayed frame. If the players do not agree, the frame continues. A player who does not agree with the referee’s proposal will continue to play. If, however, after continuing the frame, the player misses three consecutive shots, then the frame is awarded to their opponent. In that case, bets on all outcomes for the frame in question, including on the outcomes Win1 and Win2 for the frame, are calculated at odds of 1 (one). If the player who does not agree with the referee’s decision continues to play and takes successful shots, then bets on the frame in question remain valid and are settled according to the final result.
- A century break is a score of 100 (one hundred) points or more by a single player in one visit to the table without missing a shot. Points awarded to a player for fouls by their opponent are not counted in a century break.
- All points awarded by the match referee are counted when calculating bets on the outcomes of matches. In some cases, the referee may award victory to one of the players before the end of the frame in question (for example, when the referee offers a solution to the current situation that a player does not agree with, and that player then fails to perform the opposite action). In this case, the frame is deemed as having been played, and all bets are settled according to the recorded result.
- If for any reason one of the frames is not played, then all bets on the outcomes of that frame are to be paid out at odds of 1 (one), and bets on the remaining outcomes are settled in accordance with the final result. For example, if one of the players is late to the start of the frame, the referee may award the frame to the other player and deem the frame as having been played, but in that case bets on the outcomes of that frame are to be paid out at odds of 1 (one). Bets are also accepted on other possible outcomes in snooker matches that may be offered in the Line by the organiser.
Bets on Badminton
- If, in a badminton match that is under way, one of the players (pairs) is for any reason disqualified, retires, or is unable to continue play and the game is ended early, bets on the outcome of the match are calculated in the following manner:
  
  ● Bets, the outcomes of which are already definitively determined at the time of stoppage based on the format of the match, will be deemed valid and settled.
  
  ● All other bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- In badminton, handicaps and totals are counted in points.
- If, before the start of the match, one of the players (pairs) refuses to play, then bets on all outcomes for that match will be calculated at odds of 1 (one).
- In team tournaments, when the names of the competitors are indicated under the name of their team (country) (for example, China – Indonesia), if a player (pair) is substituted (the previously announced player or pair for whom bets were offered is replaced), then bets on all outcomes of that match will remain valid.
- Bets on the final score in a match.
  
  The offer is to select the exact score that will be recorded in the final result for the match (game) from the possible options included in the Line.
- Calculation of bets on the results of badminton matches is based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments indicated in the Table.
- If a badminton match is postponed or interrupted, then bets on its outcomes remain valid until the end of the tournament in which it is being held.
Bets on Bandy
- Bets on bandy matches are accepted for results in ordinary time, unless otherwise explicitly indicated in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. Results reached in extra time or via penalties are not counted when calculating bets accepted for the outcome of the match in ordinary time. Ordinary time in bandy matches is established as 90 minutes of play (two halves, each of 45 minutes duration). Matches may be played in a different format (60-minute, 70-minute or 80-minute games of two halves lasting 30, 35 and 40 minutes respectively) depending on the rules of the league or tournament in question. During matches in such formats, the MONRO Sportsbook platform will make a special mark in the Line regarding the format of the game.
- Calculation of bets on the results of bandy matches is based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments indicated in the Table.
- A bandy match in the 90-minute format that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least 70 minutes of play. Bandy matches in the 60-minute, 70-minute and 80-minute formats that were interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or were not completed are deemed to have been played if there were at least 48, 56 and 64 minutes of play respectively. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place. In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of stoppage, are already conclusively established and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Field Hockey
- Bets on field hockey matches are accepted for results in ordinary time, unless otherwise explicitly indicated in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. Results established in extra time or shootouts are not taken into consideration when calculating bets on outcomes offered for ordinary time. Ordinary time for a field hockey match is 60 minutes of play (two periods, each of 30 minutes duration or four quarters, each of 15 minutes duration), but matches may also be played in the following format: 70 minutes of play (two periods, each of 35 minutes duration or four quarters, each of 17 minutes 30 seconds duration). During matches in such formats, the MONRO Sportsbook platform will make a special mark in the Line regarding the format of the game.
- Calculation of bets on the results of field hockey matches is based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments indicated in the Table.
- A field hockey match in the 70-minute format that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least 55 minutes of play. A field hockey match in the 60-minute format that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least 47 minutes of play. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place. In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of stoppage, are already conclusively established and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Table Tennis
- If, in a table tennis match that is under way, one of the players (pairs) is for any reason disqualified, retires, or is unable to continue play and the game is ended early, bets on the outcome of the match are calculated in the following manner:
  
  ● Bets, the outcomes of which are already definitively determined at the time of stoppage based on the format of the match, will be deemed valid and settled.
  
  ● All other bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- If one of the sides withdraws from a match before it has begun, then bets on all outcomes of that match will be paid out at odds of 1 (one). Bets on Boxing
- Boxing matches are held in a 12-round format. Each round lasts three minutes, and in certain circumstances may last two minutes. Boxing fights may continue until the end of all the previously announced rounds, but may also end earlier depending on the method of victory in the fight.
- Methods of victory in boxing fights:
  
  1.  Win on points – when all rounds are fought and the judges decide the winner by counting points.
  2.  Knockout win – when a knockout is recorded in the fight, and the fight ends prematurely.
  3.  Technical knockout win – when a technical knockout is recorded in the fight, and the fight ends prematurely.
  4.  Technical decision win – when one boxer receives an injury that the medical staff deem too severe to continue the fight, or other situations where the judges decide the winner.
  5.  Disqualification or retirement of a boxer – when one boxer is disqualified or for any reason refuses to continue the fight. If a boxer is disqualified after the actual end of the fight, then this circumstance does not affect the calculation of bets on the fight outcomes Win1, X and Win2.
  
  Except for Win on points, all other methods of victory are considered early victories.
- In boxing, rounds that are completed are deemed as having been fought.
- If for any reason after the start of the next round, a boxer does not continue the fight, then it is deemed that the fight ended in the previous round.
- Calculation of the results of boxing fights is based on the official websites of the fights indicated in the Table.
- A boxing fight that was for any reason interrupted and not continued or completed within 24 hours is deemed not to have been fought. In interrupted and abandoned fights, outcomes that, at the time of fight stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Mixed Martial Arts
- Mixed martial arts fights are held in formats of three to five rounds. Fights may also be held in other formats. In such cases, the organiser will make a special mark in the Line regarding the format of the fight. The fight, and the first round, are deemed to have begun after the gong that announces the beginning of the first round. Fights may continue until the end of all the previously announced rounds, but may also end earlier depending on the method of victory in the fight.
- Methods of victory in mixed martial arts fights:
  
  1.  Win on points – when all rounds are fought and the judges decide the winner by counting points.
  2.  Knockout win – when a knockout is recorded in the fight, and the fight ends prematurely.
  3.  Technical knockout win – when a technical knockout is recorded in the fight, and the fight ends prematurely.
  4.  Technical decision win – when one boxer receives an injury that the medical staff deem too severe to continue the fight, or other situations where the judges decide the winner.
  5.  Disqualification or retirement of a fighter – when one fighter is disqualified or for any reason refuses to continue the fight. If a fighter is disqualified after the actual end of the fight, then this circumstance does not affect the calculation of bets on the fight outcomes Win1, X and Win2.
  
  Except for Win on points, all other methods of victory are considered early victories.
- In mixed martial arts, rounds are deemed as having been fought when they are continued to the end, starting with the sound signal that announces the start of previous round and ending with the sound signal that announces the start of the next round, or in other words from one gong to the next.
- If for any reason after the start of the next round (after the sound signal) a fighter does not continue the fight, then it is deemed that the fight ended in the previous round.
- The previously announced number of rounds (the format of the fight) may change in the course of the fight. In that case, bets made on the number of rounds are paid out at odds of 1 (one), and bets on the fight outcomes Win1, X and Win2 remain valid.
- Calculation of bets on the results of mixed martial arts fights is based on the official websites of the fights indicated in the Table.
- Mixed martial arts fights that were for any reason interrupted and not continued or completed within 24 hours are deemed not to have been fought. In interrupted and abandoned fights, outcomes that, at the time of fight stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Rugby
- In a rugby match, ordinary time amounts to 80 minutes (two halves, each of 40 minutes). Bets are accepted on the game in ordinary time, unless otherwise indicated by the organiser in the Line. Results established in added time or extra time are not taken into account when calculating bets offered on outcomes in ordinary time. The organiser also offers bets on different variations of rugby: rugby sevens (7s), rugby nines (9s) and rugby tens (10s), in which the length of the halves is seven, nine and ten minutes respectively. If matches are to be played in one of these formats, a special mark indicating the format will appear in the Line.
- Calculation of bets on the results of rugby matches is based on information from the official websites of the leagues and competitions indicated in the Table.
- A rugby match that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least 65 minutes of play. Rugby sevens, nines, and tens matches are deemed to have been played only if they were played in full. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place. In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of match stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on American Football
- In American football, ordinary time amounts to 60 minutes of clear playing time (two halves of 30 minutes and 4 quarters of 15 minutes). Bets on the outcomes of American football matches are calculated including extra playing time (overtime). If the game ends in a tie and no overtime is played, or if the result of overtime played according to the rules of the tournament in question remains a tie, then bets on Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- An American football match that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least 50 minutes of play. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place. In the case of a match that is interrupted when the scores are tied and deemed to have been played, bets made on the outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at odds of 1 (one). In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of match stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Aussie Rules
- In Aussie rules, ordinary time amounts to 80 minutes of clear playing time (two halves of 40 minutes and 4 quarters of 20 minutes). In women’s leagues, ordinary time amounts to 60 minutes of clear playing time (two halves of 30 minutes and 4 quarters of 15 minutes). Bets on the outcomes of Aussie rules matches are calculated including extra playing time. If the game ends in a tie and no overtime is played, or if the result of overtime played according to the rules of the tournament in question remains a tie, then bets on Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- In some Aussie rules tournaments, the format of the match may change during playing time. In such cases, all bets will be calculated according to the final result, provided that the organiser has specially marked the match in the Line as subject to changes in the format of game. If the match is not specially marked this way in the Line, all bets will be calculated at odds of 1 (one), with the exception of bets on outcomes that have already been definitively determined and do not depend on the format of the game.
- An Aussie rules match that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least 65 minutes of play. A 60-minute match is considered to have been played if there were at least 50 minutes of playing time. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place. In the case of a match that is interrupted when the scores are tied and deemed to have been played, bets made on the outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at odds of 1 (one). In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of match stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Curling
- Curling matches consist of 10 ends (periods). Bets on the outcomes of curling matches are calculated including results established in extra end(s). If the game ends in a tie and no extra ends are played according to the rules of the league or tournament in question, then bets on Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- A curling match that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least five ends played in full. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place. In the case of a match that is interrupted when the scores are tied and deemed to have been played, bets made on the outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at odds of 1 (one). In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of match stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Darts
- In the game of darts, the players take turns to come to line (oche) and throw darts at the dartboard. Players are deemed to have participated in the game if they have made at least one throw at the dartboard. Points are counted after each turn, and the turn is then passed to the next player.
- Depending on the conditions under which the darts league or tournament is being played, the winner is the player who has won the greater number of legs or the greater number of sets. The winner of a set is the player who has won the greater number of legs. The overall number of points that a player must earn in their final turn to win a leg is called their “checkout”. If the game ends in a tie, and the outcome Tie was not offered in the Line, then bets made on the outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- In one turn, a player can score a maximum of 180 points if they land three times in the triple band of the 20 section (triple-20).
- Games of darts that were interrupted for technical or any other reasons and not continued or completed within 24 hours will be deemed not to have been played. In interrupted and abandoned games, outcomes that, at the time of game stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Floorball
- In floorball matches, ordinary time amounts to 60 minutes of clear playing time (three periods, each of 20 minutes). Bets on the outcomes of floorball matches are accepted on ordinary time, unless otherwise explicitly indicated in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. Results established in extra time or shootouts are not taken into consideration when calculating bets on outcomes offered for ordinary time.
- A floorball match that was interrupted and not completed within 24 hours is deemed to have been played if there were at least 50 minutes of play. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place.
- In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of stoppage, are already conclusively established and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and all remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Water Polo
- Ordinary time in water polo matches is established as 32 minutes of playing time (four periods, each of eight minutes). Bets on the outcomes of water polo matches are accepted on ordinary time, unless otherwise explicitly indicated in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. Results reached in extra time or via penalties are not counted when calculating bets accepted for the outcome of the match in ordinary time. Water polo matches may also be played in periods of five, six, seven, or eight minutes. When games are played in these formats, a special mark noting so will be displayed in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform.
- A water polo match that was interrupted and not continued or completed within 24 hours is deemed not to have been played. In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of match stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Beach Football
- Ordinary time in beach football matches is established as 36 minutes of playing time (three periods, each of 12 minutes). Bets on the outcomes of beach football matches are accepted on ordinary time, unless otherwise explicitly indicated in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. Results reached in extra time or via penalties (nine-meter) are not counted when calculating bets accepted for the outcome of the match in ordinary time. If beach football matches are to be played in a different format, the MONRO Sportsbook platform will indicate this with a special mark in the Line.
- A beach football match that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least 30 minutes of play. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place. In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of match stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Squash
- Squash matches are played as best of three or best of five games. In the best-of-three format, the winner of the match is the player who wins two games, while in the best-of-five format it is the player who wins three games. Games are won by the first player to win 11 points. When the score reaches 10:10, the game will continue until one of the players attains a two-point advantage over their opponent. Squash matches may be played in other formats. In such cases, the MONRO Sportsbook platform will make a special mark in the Line regarding the format of the match.
- A squash match that was interrupted and not continued or completed within 24 hours is deemed not to have been played. In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of match stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Futsal
- Ordinary time in futsal (mini-football) matches is established as 40 minutes of playing time (two halves, each of 20 minutes). Bets on the outcomes of futsal matches are accepted on ordinary time, unless otherwise explicitly indicated in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. Results established in extra time or 6-meter penalty shootouts are not taken into consideration when calculating bets on outcomes offered for ordinary time. Futsal matches may also be played in the following format: 50 minutes of ordinary time (two halves of 25 minutes each). This includes matches in the Super League, the Russian Mini-Football Championship, and the Higher League of the Eastern Conference. During matches in this format, the organiser will make a special mark in the Line regarding the format of the match.
- A futsal match (of 40 minutes in length) that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least 32 minutes of play. A 50-minute futsal match that was interrupted and not continued within 24 hours or was not completed is deemed to have been played if there were at least 40 minutes of play. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place. In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of match stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Cricket
- Cricket matches consist of one or two innings that are limited in time or in number of overs. Matches played over one innings are limited in number of overs. Such matches are mainly played over innings of 20 or 50 overs. Matches may also be played over a different set number of innings. In such cases, the organiser will make a special mark in the Line regarding the format of the match. Matches that are played over two innings (test cricket) are limited in time and may last up to five days. In such matches, the winning team must play at least two innings in the field.
- The winner of the match is the team that scores the greater number of runs (points). If the scores are equal, then the match ends in a draw. If that is the case and the organiser did not offer the outcome Draw in the Line, bets on the outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be calculated at odds of 1 (one).
- There may be matches in which the previously established number of overs is decreased due to weather conditions. In such cases, all bets will be calculated according to the final result established under the D/L method.
- If the result is a draw in limited-overs matches in a knockout competition, an extra “super over” will be played to decide the winner. Results established in this extra over will not be counted when calculating bets on the remaining outcomes of the match.
- In a cricket match, an innings is considered completed and due for settlement in the following cases:
  
  1.  When all batsmen are out (have been removed from the game).
  2.  When the captain of the batting team declares (if the captain decides that their team has scored enough runs to win) and voluntarily brings the innings to an end.
  3.  When playing time for the match comes to an end.
  4.  When the requisite number of overs has been bowled.
- Bets on which of the teams will be leading after the first six (or other proposed number) overs of their innings.
  
  If the outcome Draw was not offered by the organiser in the Line, and after six overs the teams draw, then bets on the outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be settled at odds of 1 (one).
- Calculation of bets on the results of cricket matches is based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments indicated in the Table.
- All bets on the outcomes of a cricket match that was stopped by the weather or other causes will be calculated with consideration for the information provided by the official websites of the league or competition in question. If, within 24 hours, official information about a match that was stopped is not published, then all bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one), with the exception of bets for which the outcomes have already been definitively determined and do not depend on the final result of the match.
Bets on Bowls
- Normal bowls matches are played over two sets. A set consists of ends. The number of ends may vary depending on the format of the league or competition. The winner of the match is the player (team) who wins 2 or 1,5 sets. A set is won by the player (team) who scores the greatest number of shots (points awarded for balls that come to rest closer to the jack than the nearest ball of their opponent). Matches may also consist of a different number of sets. In such cases, the organiser will make a special mark in the Line regarding the format of the match. Depending on the requirements of the league or competition, the winner may be the first player or team to achieve a designated number of shots. If the match ends in a draw, a tie-breaker may be played to decide the winner of the match. When calculating bets on the outcomes of a match, results established in the tie-breaker are also counted.
- Calculation of bets on the results of bowls matches is based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments indicated in the Table.
- In a bowls match that has already started, if one of the players (teams) is prematurely (before the end of all envisioned sets or as a result of other circumstances) awarded victory in the match, and this fact is recorded on the official Website of the league or tournament in question, then bets on outcomes that have already been definitely established at the time of the actual end of the match, as well as bets on the outcomes Win1 and Win2, will be settled. All remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- A bowls match that was interrupted and not continued or completed within 24 hours is deemed not to have been played. In interrupted and abandoned matches, outcomes that, at the time of match stoppage, are already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result of the match will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on Esports
- Online esports games are played between two teams and, depending on the format of the game, each team consists of one, two, three or five players.
- Esports comprise the following types of online game: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Counter-Strike 1.6, Dota 2, Overwatch, Rainbow 6, Starcraft: Brood War, Starcraft 2, Valorant, Warcraft 3, Fortnite, Hearthstone, League of Legends, Rocket League, Arena of Valor, King of Glory, Quake, Call of Duty, Heroes of the Storm, Mortal Combat, Smite.
- When calculating bets on these types of game, overtime is also taken into account unless otherwise indicated by the organiser in the Line or stipulated by the official rules for the online game.
- In online esports games, if the result is a draw, then bets placed on the outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at odds of 1 (one) if the outcome Draw was not offered in the Line on the MONRO Sportsbook platform.
- Online esports games may consist of one or of several rounds/maps. The number is determined by the official rules under which the online game is held and the current round of the league (competition) in question. Games are mostly held in the following formats: Best of 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9 or 11. The winner of the league (tournament) is the team that achieves victory in a greater number of rounds/maps than their rival. In order to win in the best-of-one format, one victory is necessary; in the best-of-two and best-of-three formats – two victories (in the best-of-two format, a draw is also possible); in the best-of-five format – three victories; in the best-of-seven format – four victories; in the best of nine format – five victories; in the best-of-eleven format – six victories.
- During online esports games, the format of the game may be changed. In such cases, the organiser will make a special mark in the Line beforehand, indicating the possibility of changes in the format of the game (such as changes in the number of maps or rounds played, for example). In such cases, bets will be calculated according to the final result.
- If, in online esports games, one of the teams goes to the final round (play-off) with a one-point advantage over their opponent, then in the final the game will start with an advantage of one map for that team that previously gained a one-point advantage over their opponent. In that case, the first map of the final round will be the first round played in the final round.
- In esports, should any of the teams’ names be changed for any reason, all bets will remain valid.
- In online esports games, when calculating bets on time (minutes), all bets will be rounded up to minutes. For example, if a bet is placed that the playing time for the first map will be less than 32 minutes, and the playing time for the first map ended after 32 minutes and 12 seconds, then it is deemed that playing time lasted 33 minutes, and consequently the bet is lost.
- Calculation of bets on the results of online esports games is based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments indicated in the Table. If the information required is unavailable on the official Website, video recordings of the game will be used as the basis for calculation of bets on the outcomes of the game.
- If one of the teams (players) is unable to play (continue) the game for any reason (the player or the team are late for the appointed time of play, or are unable to continue play for technical reasons or any other reasons, etc.), then bets on all outcomes that, depending on the format of the game, have been definitively determined will be deemed valid and settled, while all other bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one), with the exception of cases when, in accordance with the rules, one of the teams surrenders.
- In esports, if the game is interrupted with the intention of restarting the game again in the future, then the results of the interrupted game will not be the basis for calculation of bets on the outcomes of the game, even if they have already been determined. Calculation of bets made on the outcomes of an interrupted game will be based on the results of the replayed game.
- If an interrupted game is not restarted or not continued within 24 hours, or there is not official information regarding the continuation of the game, then bets made on the outcomes of the game will be paid out at odds of 1 (one).
Bets on E-Football
- In e-football, bets on the outcomes of video games are accepted on ordinary time, unless otherwise indicated by the organiser in the Line. Video games are played in 2x7, 2x6 and 2x5 formats (two halves of seven, six or five minutes respectively), depending on the requirements of the league in question.
- The current time shown on the time board in the video game may not correspond to real time. For example, if the playing time for a e-football match is 10 minutes (2x5), the time displayed on the time board in the game will reach 90 minutes within that 10 minutes of real time. In other words, for example, in the real eighth minute of the game, the in-game time board may show that it is the 72nd minute.
- The basis for calculation of bets on these outcomes in e-football is the official websites of the video games.
- Interrupted streaming or problems with graphics resulting from technical or any other causes are not deemed a reason for paying out bets at odds of 1 (refund).
- A technical victory (defeat) recorded for any reason is not a basis for settlement of bets. In such cases, video games are deemed not to have been played, and all bets are paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- An e-football game that was interrupted for technical or any other reasons and was not continued or completed within 24 hours will be deemed not to have been played. Bets on the outcomes of interrupted and unplayed video games that, at the time of stoppage, were already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result, will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one). E-football games will be deemed to have been played if they are played in full.
Bets on E-Basketball
- Bets on e-basketball are accepted as taking into account additional time (overtime) in a match. In cases when the video game ends in a tie and bets on outcome Tie were not offered, bets on the outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at 1 (one).
- Video games are held in 4x5 or 4x4 formats (four quarters, each lasting five or four minutes respectively). Video games of 12 minutes are played in the 4x5 format, and games of 10 minutes in the 4x4 format. The current time shown on the time board in the video game may not correspond to real time. For example, if the playing time for an e-basketball match is 16 minutes (4x4), the time displayed on the time board in the game will reach 40 minutes within that 16 minutes of real time. In other words, for example, in the real 12th minute of the game, the in-game time board may show that it is the 30th minute.
- The basis for calculation of bets on e-basketball is the official websites of the video games.
- Interrupted streaming or problems with graphics resulting from technical or any other causes are not deemed a reason for paying out bets at odds of 1 (one).
- A technical victory (defeat) recorded for any reason is not a basis for settlement of bets. In such cases, video games are deemed not to have been played, and all bets are paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- An e-basketball game that was interrupted for technical or any other reasons and was not continued or completed within 24 hours will be deemed not to have been played. Bets on the outcomes of interrupted and unplayed video games that, at the time of stoppage, were already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result, will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one). E-basketball game is deemed to have been played if it is played in full.
Bets on E-Hockey
- In e-hockey, bets on the outcomes of video games are accepted on ordinary time. Video games are played in the 3x4 or 3x5 formats (three periods, each of four or five minutes respectively). In e-hockey, the current time shown on the time board in the video game may not correspond to real time. For example, if the playing time for an e-hockey match is 12 minutes (3x4), the time displayed on the time board in the game will reach 60 minutes within that 12 minutes of real time. In other words, for example, in the real fourth minute of the game, the in-game time board may show that it is the 20th minute.
- The basis for calculation of bets on e-hockey is the official websites of the video games.
- Interrupted streaming or problems with graphics resulting from technical or any other causes are not deemed a reason for paying out bets at odds of 1 (one).
- A technical victory (defeat) recorded for any reason is not a basis for settlement of bets. In such cases, video game is deemed not to have been played, and all bets are paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- A video game that was interrupted for technical or any other reason and was not continued or completed within 24 hours will be deemed not to have been played. Bets on the outcomes of interrupted and unplayed video games that, at the time of stoppage, were already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result, will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one). E-hockey game will be deemed to have been played if it is played in full.
Bets on E-Tennis
- Bets on e-tennis are offered for video games played over three sets. Games are played on clay, grass or hard courts. Bets on Totals and Handicaps in e-tennis are calculated by number of games. A tie break played at the end of a set is also counted as one game. For example, a tie break played in a set with a score of 6:6 is considered the 13th game of that set, and the set will end with a score of 6:7 or 7:6.
- Calculation of bets on the results of e-tennis matches is based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments indicated in the Table.
- Interrupted streaming or problems with graphics resulting from technical or any other causes are not deemed a reason for paying out bets at odds of 1 (one).
- A technical victory (defeat) recorded for any reason is not a basis for settlement of bets. In such cases, video game is deemed not to have been played, and all bets are paid out at odds of 1 (one).
- An e-tennis game that was interrupted for technical or any other reasons and was not continued or completed within 24 hours will be deemed not to have been played. Bets on the outcomes of interrupted and unplayed video games that, at the time of stoppage, were already definitely determined and do not depend on the final result (including bets on statistical data), will be settled, and remaining bets will be paid out at odds of 1 (one). E-tennis games will be deemed to have been played if they are played in full.
Bets on long-term events

“Long-term events” is the phrase used to designate bets where you are offered to predict the winner of a league, tournament, or round/stage of a tournament, the winner of a musical competition or other competition, the winner of an election or an award, or other events that may occur.

Bets will be calculated after the official announcement of the results by the organiser of the event.

If, for whatever reason, a participant, team or player does not take part in the competition, then all bets placed on them will be deemed losing.
Other bets

In accordance with these rules, the MONRO Sportsbook platform may offer bets on events that are not mentioned herein. In that case, taking into account the specific nature of each event, the outcome(s) of the event(s) for which winnings odds are offered by the MONRO Sportsbook platform will be stated in the Line.

Functions and options

Edit Betslip (Edit Bet)

From time to time it is necessary to edit your bet, to add a new bet or, for example, to change one bet for a more appropriate version. The unique Edit Betslip function allows clients to make changes to single and accumulator bets that have already been placed.

To change a bet, all that is required is:

1.  To go to the user account history.
2.  To select the Edit Betslip option opposite the corresponding slip.
3.   Make the change to your slip.
4.  Confirm the change.

When placing bets, the outcomes of events in accumulator bets that have not yet started (pre-match) can be replaced with the outcomes for both pre-match events and events that have already started (on-line).

The odds on the event outcome that is to replace the already accepted bet must, at the time of substitution, be equal to or greater than the odds on the event outcome that is being replaced.

For example, the following accumulator bet was placed:

A user can substitute any of the outcomes for these events with an outcome for another event.

For example, by substituting Juventus – Milan, Win1 1,7 with Inter M – Ajax Win1 2,0, provided that at that time the organiser is offering odds of 2,0 or less on Juventus – Milan, Win1.

In that case, the bet will appear as follows:

When the feature is active, subject to the rules above, the number of changes is unlimited.

Substituting one event outcome with another outcome for the same event is not permitted.

Adding the outcome of a new event to a slip: bets placed on the outcomes of not yet started (pre-match) and already started (on-line) events may be supplemented with new outcomes both of not yet started (pre-match) and already started (on-line) events, with the exceptions of cases where one more than one single bet was made on one slip.

When the outcome of another event is added to a single bet, that bet becomes an accumulator. The accumulator that results from adding the outcome of a new event is subject to the same conditions for accumulators established by the rules for the organization and management of the lottery.

Example 1: Let us assume that the following single bet was placed:

The user may include on their slip the outcome of another event (for example, Juventus – Milan, Win1 1,7), thus replacing their single bet with an accumulator.

The user may include on their slip the outcome of another event (for example, Bayer L – Mainz, Win1), thus replacing their two-outcome accumulator with a three-outcome accumulator.

When adding the outcome of a new event, there is no minimum limit for the odds on the outcome of the newly added event. The potential number of bets added to bets of this type is established in accordance with the maximum number of bets established by these rules.

When changes are made to a betslip on the Website, the system does not confirm the deletion of a bet if, after the deletion of the changed bet, the Function is deactivated.

Accumulator Generator

Using this Function, you can indicate the size of stake you want to bet and the size of winnings you want to receive, choose a number of outcomes, and the generator itself will compile the accumulator.

Super Tip (Increased Odds)

An option designed for the placing of different types of bets on different outcomes with higher odds. You can find current offers by going to the Increased Odds section on the main page of the MONRO Sportsbook platform.

In order for you to be able to place a bet with the odds offered under the Super Tip option, the bet must conform to the following criteria:

●  The bet must be an accumulator.

●  The betslip must include at least four bets (1 Super Tip bet + 3 standard bets or 2 Super Tip bets + 2 standard bets).

●  There can be no more than two bets with Super Tip odds on the betslip.

●  If there are two bets with Super Tip odds on the betslip, they must be on different types of sport.

If the bet does not conform with any of the criteria above, it will not be accepted and an error notification will appear.

Sports betting bonuses – Introduction

You can receive bonuses or bonus money at the sign-up stage or after you have already become a MONRO Sportsbook platform client. You can at any time opt out of receiving all or any particular bonus. To do this, you need to contact the customer service center ([email protected]), or write in our online chat, or notify of your refusal via your player profile interface. You should understand the terms and conditions of awarding a specific bonus. This section contains general terms and conditions for using sports betting bonuses on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. Please note that each bonus is associated with its own terms and conditions that will be communicated to you at the moment of acceptance of the bonus offer.
Sports betting bonuses – Annexes
- A bonus is an award granted by the MONRO Sportsbook platform. There are two types of bonuses: deposit bonuses (percentage of a deposit) and no deposit bonuses. When you receive a sports betting bonus, the bonus amount is only available for use on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. You can only withdraw winnings when all the bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled. You can only withdraw the bonus when the bonus cash is wagered.
- The maximum winnings after wagering the bonus are individually assigned for each sports betting bonus and are stipulated in the bonus conditions.
- Not all bets are taken into account when wagering. You can read more detailed information below.
- You should carefully read all the Terms and Conditions in relation to sports betting bonuses.
- Only one sports betting bonus can be effective during one special event until the MONRO Sportsbook platform has approved otherwise.
- Only one sports betting bonus can be active on your account at any given moment of time.
- The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to revise the size of the weekly and individual bonus offers, if it considers that the user is receiving a disproportionate amount of bonuses regarding the ratio of deposits made and bonuses received for them.
Your cash and bonus balance
- A bonus is considered as a “free bet“ and cannot be considered as a monetary equivalent. Recovery of its money equivalent, replacement, transfer, and retransfer of bonuses shall not be permitted (except as set forth in these rules).
- By default, sports bets are made with real funds. If you wish to place a bet using your bonus funds, turn on the respective toggle switch in the bet slip. The toggle switch is displayed only if your bet fits the requirements of the active bonus.
Sports betting bonus types

The MONRO Sportsbook platform offers three types of sports betting bonus:
- Free bet – a sports betting bonus by which bets placed by you are drawn from your bonus balance. If your stake is settled as a winner, your net winnings will be credited to your cash balance. The winnings you receive will be available immediately after they are credited and can be used at your discretion.
- Wagering – a sports betting bonus by which bets placed by you are drawn from your bonus balance. All winnings from such bonus bets will be credited to your bonus balance. They cannot be withdrawn until all bonus wagering requirements have been met. The bonus itself can also not be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements are met. After the bonus itself has been wagered, the sums wagered will be transferred to your cash balance and can be used at your discretion.
- Real wagering – a sports betting bonus by which bets placed by you are drawn from your cash balance. Winnings from such bets are credited to your cash balance. By placing a bet from your cash balance, you fulfil the bonus wagering requirements. You can also place bets from your bonus balance. In that case, winnings will be credited to your bonus balance, but the bonus will not be wagered. After your bonus is wagered, the total sum on your bonus balance will be credited to your cash balance and can be used at your discretion.
No deposit sports betting bonus
- It is mandatory to pre-fill personal data in the player’s profile before receiving a no deposit sports betting bonus. If the profile is filled out after receiving a no deposit bonus, the bonus received will be cancelled.
- In the event of repeated use of no-deposit bonuses on the Company’s projects without making real money deposits between these actions, the MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to request that the user make a deposit equal to the amount of the wagered bonus funds available in the balance at the time of the withdrawal request (minimum deposit: 1 000 ₽; 10 €; 10 $; 400 ₴; 6 000 ₸; 100 kr; 50 zł; 100 ₺; 20 C$; 20 AUD; 20 NZD; 100 R$; 1 000 ₹; 2 500 ARS; 500 MXN; 125 PEN; 12 500 NGN; 375 ZAR; 10 000 CLP; 4 500 Ft; 20 ₼; 100 kr; 150 kr; 50 RON; 1 500 ¥; 0;00015 BTC; 0;003 ETH; 10 USDT; 0;13 LTC; 0;02 BCH; 20 XRP; 100 TRX; 70 DOGE; wager: 3X). If the user refuses to make a deposit, all no-deposit bonuses and any winnings received from them, including those obtained from wagered bonus funds, will be annulled.
- The maximum winnings gained after wagering a no-deposit bonus are 10X the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. If the amount of winnings exceeds the limit, it will be deducted from the balance once wagering requirements are met.
  The maximum possible amount available for withdrawal after wagering a no-deposit bonus or winnings gained after wagering a no-deposit bonus are 10X the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. Any amount which exceeds the said limits will be written off the balance.
  To continue playing without limitations regarding the amount of winnings, you need to first withdraw the winnings gained from wagering a no-deposit bonus and then make another deposit.
- At a single home address, IP address, device, phone number and payment system account (QIWI, Skrill, PAYEER, credit card, etc.), bonuses can only be received by one user.
- In the event of a withdrawal of funds received from a no deposit sports betting bonus, the MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to request documents to verify the account. As well as an additional check, at the discretion of the administration, documents confirming the place of residence may be requested, for example, a utility bill, which should be no more than 6 months.
- The MONRO Sportsbook platform has the right to refuse to activate a no deposit sports betting bonus to a player whose winning payments exceed the sum of deposits for the entire game period or for the last calendar year.
Sports betting bonus wagering
- By activating a bonus, the client automatically agrees to that bonus terms and conditions.
- To wager a sports betting bonus, it is sufficient to place bets that conform to the sports betting bonus conditions. You can view the conditions for a specific bonus in the bonus description on the Website or by contacting our support service.
- If the bet placed does not conform to the bonus conditions, it will be drawn from your cash balance and will not be counted towards the bonus wagering.
- The bonus can be wagered using funds from either your cash or your bonus balance. The wagering method depends on the type of active bonus.
- With an active bonus, you can choose from which of your balances to place a sports bet. For bonuses which are wagered using funds from your bonus balance, a bet placed from your cash balance will not be counted towards the wagering, regardless of whether or not the bet conforms to the bonus conditions. For bonuses which are wagered using funds from your cash balance (Real Wagering bonuses), a bet placed from your bonus balance will not be counted towards the wagering.
- A bet is counted towards the wagering conditions at the moment it is placed on the site by the client.
- All bets placed from your bonus balance are calculated according to the bookmaker’s general rules of settlement.
- Bets placed in the virtual sport (V-sport) section are not considered as fulfilling the wagering conditions.
- Bets calculated with the odds of 1 (refund), as well as bets placed with the “Cash Out” option applied, will not be counted towards wagering the bonus.
- Funds credited to the user’s bonus balance can only be used to place bets on sports or other events presented in the Live or Pre-match sections.
- Sports betting bonuses are used in order of their appearance. A bonus becomes “active” after the first bet is placed that conforms to the bonus conditions if any earlier bonus has the status “wagered” or “cancelled” (see the classification and meaning of bonus statuses below).
  
  Each bonus has 4 stages (statuses):
  
  ●  Active – a non-wagered bonus that you are using at the moment, the conditions for wagering which have not been fulfilled.
  
  ●  New – a bonus on your account that has not yet been activated. This bonus cannot be withdrawn.
  
  ●  Wagered – a bonus for which all the wagering requirements have been met. The funds on your bonus balance associated with the active bonus will be credited to your cash balance. They can be withdrawn at any time.
  
  ●  Cancelled – a bonus which has been deleted from your bonus balance. The result of bonus wagering is annulled when the bonus is cancelled. You can refuse a bonus yourself via your account or by contacting our support service. The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel or delete a bonus from your account if:
  
  a) you have not fulfilled the wagering conditions;
  
  b) you have withdrawn funds before wagering;
  
  c) you have breached these terms and conditions.
  
  The sum remaining of an active bonus on your bonus balance is less than the minimum stake for sports bets, and there are no bets made from your bonus balance that are awaiting settlement. In this case, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
  
  A bonus is considered wagered if the client has fulfilled all the wagering requirements. Any other sports betting bonuses cannot be used by the player until the status of the active bonus changes to “wagered” or “cancelled”.
Withdrawal with an active bonus
- The funds deposited by you are used to place bets. All winnings obtained from bets made from your cash balance are credited to your cash balance and can be used at your discretion, regardless of whether or not they were counted towards the bonus wagering.
- After a bonus has been wagered, the total funds on your bonus balance connected to the active bonus will be transferred to your cash balance. They can be withdrawn at any time.
- All winnings obtained during the wagering of a Free bet sports betting bonus are credited to your cash balance and available for withdrawal regardless of the status of the bonus.
- Winnings obtained with a Wagering bonus are available only after the bonus wagering once the bonus balance sum has been transferred to your cash balance.
- A Real Wagering sports betting bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus has been wagered. Such a bonus can be wagered with any deposit, provided the validity of the bonus has not expired.
- All withdrawals of funds are only permitted when the abovementioned rules have been met, including the submission of all documents required to confirm identity.
Sports betting bonus abuse
- We have the right to monitor and review transactions and the log history at our own discretion and at any time. If, as a result of this review, we discover any abuse of sports betting bonuses, the MONRO Sportsbook platform can cancel your bonuses.
- If we discover that a player uses a sports betting bonus or another promotional award with the only purpose of gaining a positive result via secure bonus wagering techniques, we are entitled to exclude this player from current and subsequent promotions.
- Note that when registering you must specify an operating phone number, in order to confirm your identity. If we are unable to contact you, this may limit your ability to use bonuses and lead to the blocking of your game account.
- A bonus is available for only one game account per person, family, home, computer, or IP address. In the event of suspicion of violation of the rules and/or the creation of fake accounts, player groups, etc., the MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel any bonuses and winnings credited to those accounts and to block the account in question.
- A bonus is awarded for entertainment purposes. The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it notices the adoption of strategies that, at its discretion, it considers malicious, the placing of series of bets from a player or group of players that lead to guaranteed profit, and any other violations of fair play.
- The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to implement procedures for verification of the owner of a player’s account, and also to halt the crediting of bonuses to a player’s account until the verification procedures are completed.
- The abuse of affiliate or streamer raffles and giveaways in order to take advantage of no deposit sports betting bonuses multiple times is considered a type of fraud and will result in cancelling the last no deposit sports betting bonus and all winnings from it.
- We may at any time make changes, alter, and amend the rules and conditions of the sports betting bonus use. Players should regularly check these rules and conditions for updates.

Method, place and time for payout of winnings

The client may only request a payout commensurate with the balance on their user account.
After the result of an event is published on the MONRO Sportsbook platform, winnings on internet bets are credited to the user’s account within one day, and those winnings are deemed to have been paid out to the user.
The MONRO Sportsbook platform has the right to increase the time period for consideration of requests for withdrawal of funds up to 72 hours in cases that require extra verification of the user’s gaming activity. The reasons and methods of verifying gaming activity are confidential.
The MONRO Sportsbook platform has the right to limit the ability to withdraw funds for up to 31 calendar days in order to verify an account for signs of unfair play. The methods and results of verification of gaming activity are confidential.

Claims

Claims concerning the results of events will be accepted for 30 calendar days from the time when the event concludes, provided that official documents regarding the result or a link to the Website of the event organiser confirming the grounds for the claim are submitted.
All claims regarding the settlement of bets will be accepted in written form within five working days after the results of the event are published.
All other claims from clients will be considered by the MONRO Sportsbook platform within 30 calendar days of the time when a written request is sent to the email address [email protected]. The platform will inform the client of their decision by email sent to the address that is linked to the client’s user account.
In situations that are not provided for in these rules, the final decision will be taken by the MONRO Sportsbook platform.
